He arrived within the stated window and conducted the inspection with patience, understanding, and clear expertise. His supervisor, Wilde, also came out to assist with the evaluation. Together, they thoroughly explained their findings, outlined the next steps, and reassured me that everything would be handled properly. They also let me know that once the insurance claim is approved, their team would guide me through the entire process. When our upstairs bathroom leak caused our kitchen ceiling to cave in, I was completely overwhelmed and anxious. No one wants to deal with any damages to their property. Unfortunately things happen. My property was water damaged. We all know the insurance company doesn’t care about us, it’s all about getting their premium and then trying to save themselves from replacing or repairing yours. They say out of every bad thing comes at least one good thing, and for me that good thing has been Tiffany. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty as my content manager, making sure every detail was taken care of and that I was fully supported throughout the process. So a few weeks ago Puro clean contacted me to do the mitigation after l filed a claim with my insurance. I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Gustavo they were able to dry out my ceiling that was destroyed and they were able to take out the mats that were wet underneath the carpet. yesterday my adjuster told me she was sending them back out to do moisture readings on my flooring as well as to look at my carpet because she was saying it could put back down. Gustavo took pictures to show that the carpet was in fact delaminated. I really appreciated him so much and would most definitely work with this company again especially Gustavo. ~ Nikki

After discovering my water heater had a leak, I first called the plumber than the insurance company, they said the would call Puro Clean. A great young man, Gustavo Vision, arrived approximately 1 hr later. He couldn’t have been more prompt, courteous and informative. Of course, I had all kinds of questions through the day while he was here and the ext day he worked.he returned each day to check how things were going. Each day calling before coming. I experienced an upstairs water emergency that destroyed my garage ceiling and badly damaged two adjoining rooms!! Nicole and her technicians, Reuben and Eris, responded from Allstate Insurance, the referral agency. They came with a professional yet friendly attitude; explained their purpose; explained how the drying-out/mold/ mildew procedure was to work; then placed the equipment. Nicole both called and visited to check the on going progress throughout the full 7day week! Pure Clean was very professional. Jeff came out and helped locate the leak, took detailed pictures, and was thorough in his inspection. He even discovered that I had another leak in my room. At the time, I didn’t think to ask if it was safe to sleep there, so I called him back later — and he answered right away and was very kind and reassuring. The team at PuroClean was extremely professional and detailed and had great communication with me and my adjuster throughout the entire mitigation. They dried my living room and kitchen within a few days. We had a flood due to a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They did an excellent job drying and reparing our water damage.
