Customer's reviews
No one wants to deal with any damages to their property. Unfortunately things happen. My property was water damaged. We all know the insurance company doesn’t care about us, it’s all about getting their premium and then trying to save themselves from replacing or repairing yours. They say out of every bad thing comes at least one good thing, and for me that good thing has been Tiffany. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty as my content manager, making sure every detail was taken care of and that I was fully supported throughout the process. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thank you, Tiffany, for everything you’ve done — I truly appreciate you!

When our upstairs bathroom leak caused our kitchen ceiling to cave in, I was completely overwhelmed and anxious. It felt like everything was happening at once, and my insurance company wasn’t giving me clear answers.
Will and Nicole at PuroClean showed up and truly went above and beyond. They were reassuring, patient, and walked me through the entire process step by step — even at 4:00 in the morning. Literally a calm in the storm.
They were quick, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home, even while it was a complete disaster. But what meant the most to me was the compassion. Being able to speak to real people who genuinely cared calmed my anxiety more than they probably realize.
I’m so thankful for their professionalism and kindness during such a stressful moment. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was referred to the company by my Allstate Insurance provider. After I contacted PuroClean, Gustavo promptly returned my call and provided an estimated arrival time. He arrived within the stated window and conducted the inspection with patience, understanding, and clear expertise.
His supervisor, Wilde, also came out to assist with the evaluation. Together, they thoroughly explained their findings, outlined the next steps, and reassured me that everything would be handled properly. They also let me know that once the insurance claim is approved, their team would guide me through the entire process.
Both Gustavo and Wilde left me feeling confident, comfortable, and reassured about the work that needs to be done.
